Meet the new Enterprise Systems - Digital portfolio strategy

As a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, Telin generates hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue each month from its international customers. Savant Degrees was enlisted to create a solution to support Telin's growth in the region. Given the large scale of Telin's business needs, the team adopted a portfolio strategy approach and was responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing a suite of solutions in Telin's Enterprise Systems.

Given Telin’s wide range of service offerings and functions, it was critical that the most important problems were addressed first. To ensure that the team had the right priorities, the Savants conducted an opportunity analysis to create the portfolio strategy and product roadmap.

Process management

Due to the scale of the requirements, each piece had to be optimised to create the most value for Telin. This was captured through iterative process flow studies and design steps.

System architecture & development

The Savants architected and built the entire Enterprise Systems and the solutions are now being deployed in Telin’s offices around the Southeast Asian region.
