UX Intern
As our User Experience Intern, you will learn first-hand the requirements of design elements that are central to delivering a high quality product to our varied clientele. You will assist our designers and consultants in researching and designing projects ranging from websites to software interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
- Employ user-centred design skills to improve general usability of our consulting clients. web-based and software systems
- Define, develop and document requirements for creative user interfaces
- Design and develop detailed wire frames, prototypes, storyboards, flow charts and navigational maps to effectively communicate design and product requirements
- Work closely with the engineering department to develop these designs into interactive products
Job Skills and Requirements
- Pursuing diploma or degree in Digital Media Design, Communications and New Media, Information Design or related field
- Possess HTML and CSS skills
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong academic or work portfolio
- Outgoing personality, enjoy communicating with people and positive mindset
- Proactive and able to exercise initiative
- Comfortable with new media technologies
- An aptitude for learning and having lots of fun
- Applicants will be required to commit at least 3 months to the internship
