Senior Business Manager, Technology Sector, Jakarta Office

As our Jakarta Office Senior Account Manager, you will be maintaining a close rapport and relationship with our key Indonesian Clients, and guiding our software development team to achieve excellent software solutions.

Someone who is energetic, loves to connect with new faces and importantly, look after and maintain a successful team. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related technology/software project management experience preferred
  • Lives in Jakarta
  • Computer Science degree background a plus
  • Experience in managing a software development project team of >6 people
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating with and managing Clients
  • Experience in leading a team of 5 or more
  • A leader by nature, with professional work ethics and moral compass
  • Responsible and self-motivated
  • Meticulous and organised

Responsibilities

Account Manager Responsibilities:

 

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our main business Client accounts. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and Client stakeholders.

 

  • Support your main Client accounts through regular email, phone, presentations, and in person meetings

 

  • Be a responsible, firm and solid negotiator for Client proposals and budgets.

 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our software solutions according to Client needs and objectives, alongside the project manager and internal development team

 

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

 

  • Responsible for keeping current Clients satisfied and delivering exceptional Client service daily, together with the Project Manager

 

  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
