To Digitize Voucher Life-cycle and Management 

As one of the largest supermarket group chains in Singapore, Dairy Farm Group looked to digitize its voucher issuance and lifecycle system from manual to digital. By digitizing the Voucher Management Life-cycle, Dairy Farm aims to have a more robust, secure and standardized workflow, increasing the efficiency and overall processes.

Building a Platform to Manage Vouchers

Savant Degrees helped Dairy Farm conceptualize and build their own Voucher Management Platform which consists of voucher issuance, redemption, and reporting modules, each aligning to different departments and roles. Savant Degrees later facilitated the knowledge transfer and service maintenance to all relevant departments, and is looking to expand to other countries.
