Frasers Centrepoint seeks to reinvent the shopping experience at its 12 malls, and design malls that are future ready. Savant Degrees was tasked to create a frictionless mall experience so that consumers spend more time doing what they enjoy, and where tenants become partners in creating malls of the future experience.
In the first phase, we have identified data partners and conducted observational mall visits to provide richness to the data layers of shopper mobility, spend, search and share. We then hosted an innovation workshop to shortlist shopper personas. These insights will help drive innovation opportunities in the later stages with a specific audience in mind.
